104 Collins Street Thornbury is an exciting dual occupancy design that we at Little Fish couldn’t have been more excited to be involved.

[This project is now complete] We’ve received the endorsed plans from the council, the demolition is complete and the site has been cleared. The builder has been appointed and construction is about to start.

We think it’s pretty obvious why we are so pumped about this project.

Construction Updates

24.06.2021 - Construction and handover complete.

09.06.2020 - First update coming soon.

10.06.2020 - Demolition has been completed.

17.06.2020 - Site setout complete and excavation works are underway.

01.07.2020 - Slab form work ready. Will be pouring any day.

17.07.2020 - First-floor frame and steel underway.

30.07.2020 - Garage walls are now complete and first floor framing will start from next week.

12.08.2020 - First floor framing is underway.

25.08.2020 - Framing is completed and roofing to begin this week.

10.09.2020 - Fencing, rough-in's and roofing completed and cladding work to start next.

24.09.2020 - Door, windows, ceiling battens & skylight is completed and first floor bricks are underway.

07.10.2020 - Ground floor brickwork complete and first floor brick work in progress.

26.10.2020 - Rough-in complete, external cladding nearly there and plaster well underway.

13.11.2020 - Garage door installed. First-floor brick cladding & joinery measure up.

27.11.2020 - Staircase and fireplace installed, plaster to come next.

03.12.2020 - Facade works almost complete with bricks on ground floor and cladding installed on top floor.

18.12.2020 - Plastering and internal plumbing almost complete and heating system installed.

21.01.2021 - Flooring for both the units is complete. One has concrete flooring and the other has timber.

04.02.2021 - All doors and sliding doors installed, along with selected hardware.

18.02.2021 - Tiling and concrete floor is progressing well and joinery to start soon.

04.03.2021 - Polished concrete floor and bathroom tiling complete.

18.03.2021 - Joinery is progressing well and fittings & fixtures to be installed soon.

01.04.2021 - Fitting and Fixtures installation is in progress and joinery is complete.

15.04.2021 - Unit 1 staircase installed and vanity stone installation is in progress.

29.04.2021 - Appliance installation is complete and decking; backyard landscape is in progress.

13.05.2021 - Backyard decking is complete. Landscape works and front fence installation is in progress.

27.05.2021 - Landscape and fence works are progressing well. Project handover soon.

10.06.2021 - This project is now been completed.
