16.09.2021 - Received seperate titles for the two units and currently progressing with settlement works.

02.09.2021 - Statement of Compliance is issued & plans are lodged to the Titles Office.
08.07.2021 - Hand over complete and occupancy certificate granted. 
24.08.2020 - Demolition is complete.
10.06.2021 - Outdoor decking and concrete driveways are progressing well.
27.05.2021 - Appliance fit off and the front fence are both complete. Deck and driveways are in progress.
13.05.2021 - Carpet flooring and plumbing fit off are complete. The front fence and backyard decking are in progress.
29.04.2021 - External plumbing; front fence footings are complete and wooden; carpet flooring is in progress.
15.04.2021 - Underground services and carpenters fit off are progressing well and flooring to start next.
01.04.2021 - Tiling & electrical fit off complete and external fence & underground services are in progress.
18.03.2021 - Internal painting to be completed soon and joinery is progressing well.
04.03.2021 - Waterproofing and carpentry fix is progressing well and painting to start soon.
18.02.2021 - Scaffold removed, facade almost complete, insulation and plastering complete.
04.02.2021 - Rough in's complete, insulation and plastering to follow.
21.01.2021 - The lock-up stage is complete and facade work is progressing well.
24.12.2020 - Frame inspection complete, scaffold in place to initiate facade works.
17.12.2020 - First floor frame works complete and exterior brick walls underway.
13.11.2020 - Ground floor framing is almost complete and first floor framing & truss to follow.
26.10.2020 - Drainage complete and slab work underway.
07.10.2020 - Site cut and set out is complete.
24.08.2020 - Demolition is complete.
