198 Hawdon Street Heidelberg is an absolute ripper site right in the heart of leafy Rosanna which is right on the fringe of the Yarra Valley green belt only 12km north-east from Melbournes CBD.

The project is currently sitting in the planning process with early expectations suggest we will achieve three 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living double lock up garage dwellings sitting on the doorstep of the new Rosanna train station and bustling shopping precinct.

24.02.2021 - Inground plumbing and civil works underway.

04.03.2021 - Civil works almost complete, excavation works for slab preparation to follow.

18.03.2021 - Excavation works for slab well underway, with slab formwork to follow.

01.04.2021 - Slab work complete.

15.04.2021 - First timber delivery received and framework underway.

29.04.2021 - Garage brickwork and frame in progress.

13.05.2021 - Windows and sliding door installations almost complete, steel frame in progress.

27.05.2021 - Posi struts installation and sub-flooring complete, first-floor framework in progress.

17.06.2021 - Frameworks complete and roof trusses installation in progress.

24.06.2021 - Roof tiles and fascia installation in progress.

08.07.2021 - Roof complete, windows and sliding doors installation in progress.

22.07.2021 - Brickworks complete and first floor external cladding installation in progress.

06.08.2021 - Lockup, roof and rough in complete rendering in progress.

19.08.2021 - Rendering and cladding complete, insulation installation in progress.

02.09.2021 - Insulation installation finalised and plastering well underway.

16.09.2021 - Plastering complete, staircase installation complete and internal prime coat in progress.

30.09.2021 - Site has been closed for two weeks (COVID shutdown) back onsite next week.

14.10.2021 - Tiling and joinery installation in progress.

28.10.2021 - Tiling and joinery completed, driveways and crossover installations are in progress.

11.11.2021 - Driveway and crossover installation complete.

25.11.2021 - Flooring installation on GF complete and plumbers working on fittings installation.

09.12.2021 - Tiling complete and painting underway.

20.01.2022 - Joinery installation complete, skirting and architraves installed and electrical fitting in progress.

03.02.2022 - Landscape complete, carpet and appliances installation in progress.

17.02.2022 - Cleaning and caulking are in progress, the site will be ready for completion walk in the next few days.

03.03.2022 - Defects were rectified and handover is in progress.
