35 Salisbury Street, Newport

35 sailsbury street newport

Newport is a thriving inner suburb 7kms south-west of the Melbourne CBD. It’s 10 minutes to the heart of Melbourne via car and 20 minutes to flinders street via train.

Popular natural attractions include the Newport Lakes, Greenwich Bay and the Sandy Point Conservation area. Fishing, bike-riding, skateboarding, kayaking and boating are popular local activities.

All the reasons stated above are why we at Little Fish are excited to get our hands on this project.

35 Sailsbury Street Newport is a side by side dual occupancy project designed by award-winning architectural studio Dig.

Two, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 car (single lockup) dwellings each with approx. 22 squares of living.

Each dwelling will have approx. 250 square meters of land with a north-south orientation.
