Two, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 car (single lockup) dwellings each with approx. 22 squares of living.

Each dwelling will have approx. 250 square meters of land with a north-south orientation.

Project Status

The builder under contract and construction is now underway.

Project completion is expected in the second half of 2021.

14.10.2021 - fixing stage almost complete, joinery installation to be finalised soon.

30.09.2021 - site has been closed for two weeks (COVID shutdown) back onsite next week.
16.09.2021 - plastering and stairway installation complete, waterproofing in progress.
02.09.2021 - plastering in progress.
06.08.2021 - rough-in complete and insulation in progress.
22.07.2021 - plumbing and aircon rough-in complete, electrical rough-in in progress.
08.07.2021 - lockup almost complete, duct heating installation and rough-in in progress.
09.06.2020 - demolition has been completed.
10.06.2021 - external cladding almost complete, render and base coat in progress.
27.05.2021 - first-floor cladding in progress, moving towards completion of lockup stage.
13.05.2021 - all windows installed, with external cladding in progress.
29.04.2021 - roof complete, windows and sliding doors installation in progress.
15.04.2021 - frame inspection complete and roof cover in progress.
01.04.2021 - frameworks complete, fascia, gutter installation and roof cover to follow.
18.03.2021 - preparing first-floor frame for the installation of the roof trusses.
04.03.2021 - posi struts installation complete and first-floor structure in progress.
23.02.2021 - ground floor frame complete, first-floor frame and steel frame in progress.
18.02.2021 - framework in progress and party wall close to completion.
04.02.2021 - brickwork has started, termite barrier installed and frame work underway.
21.01.2021 - slab pouring has been completed.
17.12.2020 - drainage installation finalised and preparation for slab formwork underway.
09.06.2020 - demolition has been completed.
