31.03.2022 - Site scrape complete, site cut and retaining wall cut in progress.

14.04.2022 - Site cut complete and retaining wall construction is in progress.

28.04.2022 - Retaining wall construction complete.

12.05.2022 - Drainage installation is in progress, and external civil works will start soon.

26.05.2022 - The slab for number 55 is complete and the slab for number 57 is underway.

09.06.2022 - Slabs complete and frame in progress.

23.06.2022 - The ground floor frame for N.55 is complete and the frame for N.57 is in progress.

08.07.2022 - Ground floor frames complete and the first-floor frames are underway.

21.07.2022 - The first-floor frame is delayed due to supply chain issues with the steel supplier.

05.08.2022 - Steel frame finalised, waiting on posi struts to be delivered.

19.08.2022 - Ground floor window frames delivered and ready to be installed.

02.09.2022 - Ground floor window frames have been done and posis are expected on site soon.

15.09.2022 - Posis being erected for all the units and first level framing to follow.

29.09.2022 - Upper level framing will be completed soon and roof truss to follow.

13.10.2022 - Roof truss installed halfway and roofing measurement have been done.

27.10.2022 - Scaffold is up and roofing is in progress.

10.11.2022 - Rendering underway on two townhouses & truss installation nearing completion.

24.11.2022 - First floor cladding underway & truss instalment completed.

08.1.2022 - Rough-ins in progress and scaffolding erected on the front units.

20.01.2023 - Rear units nearing lock up, all units roughed in and scaffolding dropping soon.

02.03.2023 - Rear units locked up, roughed in ready for plaster.

16.03.2023 - Rear units plastered and front units locked up & ready for plaster.

30.03.2023 - All units locked up and Rear units flooring complete & joinery installed.

13.04.2023 - Joinery still in progress and waterproofing & tiling underway.

27.04.2023 - Carpentry fix complete & tiling and painting undercoat underway.

25.05.2023 - Stone Install, paint completed and Fit off to start soon.

22.06.2023 - External works commenced and joinery internally completed.

06.07.2023 - Driveway pours completed and external works to continue.
