Melbourne born and bred, Ben Drohan is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, having immersed himself in the construction industry for the past 15 years. Ben is constantly challenging the status quo looking for ways to improve upon how the industry traditionally operates.

As co-founder of the business, with an Advanced Diploma in Business Management, Builders License and an on-site Construction Trade Certificate, he manages the overall operations of Little Fish. He is a stickler for detail and has a passion for systems and processes (every office needs one!) which is why he is also currently acquiring a Masters in Project Management at RMIT.

Peter Kelly

To put it mildly, Peter Kelly is enthusiastic about real estate. When he’s not looking at properties, or visiting potential sites, Peter can be found online at realestate. com. For him, it’s more than a job – it’s a obsession.

A prominent Real Estate Agent in Melbourne’s inner west, Peter has forged strong relationships in the industry and is a respected expert within the property community. Armed with a Diploma in Project Management, he has managed projects all over Australia and New Zealand. Peter is a co-founder at Little Fish, where he currently heads up the projects side of the business.

Mark Walkley

Chief Strategy Officer

When it comes to building successful businesses, Mark has the golden touch. An entrepreneur who thrives on a challenge, he started his first business at the age of 26. By the time he sold it, the business had grown to be the largest construction company of its type in Australia.

As if that wasn’t enough, he’s also a committed philanthropist who has made an enormous contribution to the many organizations he supports, and to the broader Australian community.

Little Fish are now reaping the benefits of this priceless experience and skill set, with Mark heading up the strategy team.
