We begin by conducting site-specific due-diligence; we have an internal ID checklist we work through to determine the site’s feasibility.

After purchasing a site, we organise all the finance administration. We also work with designers and architects to maximise the site, and we initiate contact with local councils to obtain town-planning approvals.

3. Town Planning & Demolition

We appoint a demolition contractor and proceed with demolition. We obtain other required permits, work on marketing assets, collaborate with solicitors to create new sale contracts, appoint agents, and launch the sales campaign.

At this stage, we complete construction drawings; acquire engineering documentation, including computations, structural, drainage, soil tests, energy ratings, legal point of discharge, etc. then begin and manage the construction tender process.
