Update: 29.11.2018 - construction is now complete! A massive thank you to Shane Fiorenza from Renza Homes for doing such a fantastic job.

Previous Updates

Update: 15.11.2018 - floor boards are polished, fit off is complete, side gates, shower screens and carpet by the end of the week. Expecting practical completion by the end of next week.
Update: 07.11.2018 - crossovers, landscaping and internal plumbing fit off is all but complete. Carpet and polished floors to come. We're in the home straight.
Update: 30.10.2018 - driveway concreting complete and front and back landscaping is underway.
Update: 23.10.2018 - kitchen and bathroom stone installed, decks completed, driveway concreting preparation is underway.
Update: 16.10.2018 - cabinets are installed, solid timber floors completed, landscape and electrical fit off underway.
Update: 08.10.2018 - the painting is all but complete, the stairs are in and the solid timber floors are half complete with them expected to be 100% complete by the end of the week.
Update: 01.10.2018 - painting and floors still underway with cabinets starting this week and stairs still to follow.
Update: 26.09.2018 - painting and floors are underway with stairs to follow.
Update: 19.09.2018 - bathroom waterproofing underway, internal fix is complete and solid timber floors and painting about to begin.
Update: 12.09.2018 - external rendering is now complete, internal fix is underway expected to be finished by the end of this week. Solid timber floors and internal painting to begin next week.
Update: 04.09.2018 - in the final stages of internal plastering. External rendering on the lower level has begun and will be completed by the end of this week.
Update: 28.08.2018 - internal plastering will be completed by the end of this week. Solid timber floors and staircases to start next week.
Update: 13.08.2018 - hebel installation complete, rendering underway. Internal plastering upstairs of both dwellings is complete and ground floor plastering for both dwellings is now underway.
Update: 13.08.2018 - hebel installation and bottom floor rendering to be completed this week. Internal plastering to get underway.
Update: 07.08.2018 - external cedar cladding and window screens complete. Rough-in is also complete and the hebel installation has begun on the bottom level.
Update: 31.07.2018 - electrical rough-in is now complete. The external timber cladding is also complete and the first floor window screens are installed.
Update: 23.07.2018 - electrical rough-in is underway and will be complete by the end of this week.
Update: 16.07.2018 - second storey rendering complete, first floor cladding underway.
Update: 10.07.2018 - roofing is complete, second storey cladding and painting underway.
Update: 02.07.2018 - roof sheets are going on and feature galvanised beams are in.
Update: 25.06.2018 - roof trusses are on ready for the windows and external cladding.
Update: 12.06.2018 - first floor frame underway.
Update: 07.06.2018 - posi-struts are in, upstairs flooring is down ready for the upstairs walls to be erected over the next couple of days.
Update: 21.05.2018 - structural steel complete ready for the posi-struts and the first floor.
Update: 01.05.2018 - the first floor frame is now complete and we are ready for the structural steel to be installed.
Update: 26.04.2018 - frame well and truly underway.
Update: 21.04.2018 - timber has been delivered, set-out complete and bottom plates cut. The frame will be completed this week.
Update: 04.04.2018 - slab was poured last week, framing expected to begin within the next week.
