Construction Updates

Update 18.09.2018 - construction is no complete!

Previous Updates

Update 12.09.2018 - carpet and timber floor done, internal paint touch ups and caulking underway. Final clean Friday and lastly the driveway seal next week.
Update 04.09.2018 - carpet will be finished by mid week, driveway seal later in the week and final finishing touches at the end of the week.
Update 27.08.2018 - landscaping completed. Floors, caulking and paint touch ups this week. It's officially on the home straight.
Update 21.08.2018 - gas has now been connected, so front landscaping expected to start this week. Internal fit off is also complete. Solid timber floors to be sanded and polished later this week.
Update 13.08.2018 - rear landscaping is complete, awaiting gas connection so the front landscaping can be completed. Internal fit off, external clothes line, letterbox and water tank all this week.
Update 07.08.2018 - all concrete has been poured including the driveways and external paths. Internal fit off to begin this week.
Update 31.07.2018 - internal tiling of all wet areas is complete and stone bench-tops installed.
Update 23.07.2018 - internal painting is now complete with the fit off of internal fixtures and fittings about to get underway. External landscaping and driveway poor expected to begin soon.
Update 16.07.2018 - internal painting is underway.
Update: 11.07.2018 - fixing is now complete, all joinery caucus's are in and wet areas have now been waterproofed.
Update: 02.07.2018 - solid hardwood floors are down and fixing almost complete.
Update: 25.06.2018 - plastering now complete and ready for the painter.
Update: 13.06.2018 - electrical, plumbing, cooling and heating rough in's almost complete and ready for plastering.
Update: 28.05.2018 - roof is now complete, internal fix has begun.
Update: 21.05.2018 - roof tiles almost complete.
Update: 01.05.2018 - brickwork and exposed beam carports done, ready for the roof tiles.
Update: 13.04.2018 - sisalation is complete and the brick layers are underway.
Update: 05.04.20148 - windows are in.
Update: 04.04.2018 - framing has been completed, roof trusses are on. Windows have been ordered, the project is almost at lockup.
